Messages in IMAP folder that are marked as action items lose this information
as soon as the mail folder is refreshed.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mark a message in your IMAP inbox as an action item

2. Send yourself a new message.
Actual Results:
The "action item" flag of the message in step 1 is removed.
Expected Results:
Should keep flags even if new messages arrive.
If relevant: The server is an MS Exchange mail server.
