I deleted a mail. However akonadi/kmail keeps showing me the mail. The mail is
gone as verified with a Webmail client.
Although opening the mail in kmail renders:

And nothing happens. I cannot remove/move/delete the mail.
I also have to periodically call "akonadictl restart" once in while whenever
kmail "freezes" in rendering emails.
But even this doesn't help here.
Reproducible: Always
Actual Results:
"Ghost" mails are inside the akonadi system, which are gone on the server.
I cannot move/delete email now. It is just shown as an entry but I cannot open
it nor nothing.
Expected Results:
Mails should be represented as they are present on the mail server.
