Get GpgEx error message when encrypting a file or folder on second attempt. On
first attempt all OK sometimes. This happened after updating to new GPP4WIN
version 2.2.4. No issues before with version 2.2.3 when worked fine for both
encrypting/decrypting. Now on second attempt Kleopatra loads instead and from
there you can decrypt/encrypt but not with the tar window as before which was
quicker. The GpgEX error message show up instead when closing the Kleopatra
window box. Running Windows 8.1 OS.
