when you edit the specific application
settings:>appearance_&&fixes_tab>check_no_titlebar_and_frame=force=yes the
possibility to change activity rightclicking on the note bar disappear, only
the possibility to change desktop is present, if you leave the titlebar
everything is ok

1.edit the specific application
settings:>appearance_&&fixes_tab>check_no_titlebar_and_frame=force=yes
2.rightclick the note bar
