When using kmail2 from KDE 4.14.0 with an account to a courier IMAP server
which has messages in the folder inbox, this folder is displayed as empty.
When using kmail2 from 4.11.5 using the same IMAP server I have and see the
messages.
The subfolders are displayed OK.
I don't see the new incoming messages anymore.
