Steps to Reproduce:
1. read a selected mail in the usual sub-window
2. press shift
3. use mouse wheel with pointer inside the window where the mail is being
displayed
Actual Results:
scrolls just a few lines
Expected Results:
fast-scrolls one page with each step of the mouse wheel
