http 204 should be supported to save bandwidth.

Steps to Reproduce:
HTTP/1.1 204 No Content
content-length: 0
Content-Type: application/atom+xml
Actual Results:
"Could not fetch feeds: Feed file not found on remote server"
Expected Results:
parse response as nothing changed, no new content, silently continue.
saving bandwidth while using feeds is a must.
