i upgraded opensuse 13.1 from kde 4.12.4 to 4.13.0
the old nepomuk tags i created ant the default tags are well listed in my
folder "Etiquettes" (=Labels) as for example "vélo" , maison" , "envoyé"
(=sent)
but
when i want to tag a message there is not the corresponding tags only the
standard tags as for example "non read" ,"read" etc.
