Daniel, I will ask around here a bit as to a file per directory limit WAFL
filesystem on Ontap operating system on NetApp FAS machines, but I bet this can
be the case:

Well if thats the case, I bet we can close this bug, still:

How about distributing those files into several sub directories? I think this
may improve performance on Linux filesystems as well, as I think directory
entry lookup time increase with size of directory?
