add the filter "adbloclrules.org"
then
knotifier says dowloading fails
ask to the notifier the details of the notification
then
you have this error message :
Une erreur est survenue pendant le téléchargement de la liste : « Le fichier ou
le dossier http://adblockrules.org/download.php?typeall n'existe pas. »
