There is no clipboard-window available that can be used to encrypt / decrypt a
message.
In GPA there is one available - why not in Kleopatra, just to have simply one
single application for this.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. just look for a clipboard in Kleopatra - you won't find it because it's not
there.
