To improve syncing speed the imap resource should prioritize certain important
folders, such as INBOX, and possibly sync multiple folders in parallel.
This would likely involve improving the existing Akonadi::CollectionSync to
allow the resource to control which collections should be prioritized and how
many folders can be synced in parallel.
