The imap resource should give information about large operations similar to KIO
notifications. This should include the possiblity to abort operations.
This is i.e. useful to abort large copy operations, or to at least know why the
resource is busy as hell.
This requires support for batch itemAdded operations so the resource is aware
of a large copy operation being in progress and depends on support of IDLE in
akonadi.
