I have just upgraded to Kmail 4.10.5 from 4.4.11 and now there are no filters
configured at all.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have an old Kmail configured
2. Upgrade to Kmail 4.10.5
3. Check filters
