The real problem is that Kontact is (directly or indirectly) using the minimum size of the scrollbar to calculate the initial size of the sidebar content, which is different in different themes. I believe kontact has other ways to calculate the right width since it can correctly reserve space for the sidebar and the size is correct after resizing the window. The problem should be fixed in kontact especially because the problem also appears in more than half of the Qt default themes.
