I have already searched for a solution for that issue, but read somewhere, that
one could ignore that message...

But I am not sure, why it is not able to create that file. I am executing the
script with the user which owns the directories... or is it the "mysql" user
who must have write perms to that directory? space is no problem.

I'll look at this when I am back from holidays ;)
