I noticed that Kontacts has several presets to easily setup CardDAV/CalDAV
accounts, such as ownCloud, eGroupware, Yahoo and Davical.
ownCloud and many other solutions are based on SabreDAV, which is made by fruux
(https://fruux.com/opensource/), so for non-technical people like me it would
be great to also have fruux as a preset in there to easily set my contact and
calendar syncing up.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to setup CardDAV/CalDAV account with fruux
2. Open drop down
Actual Results:
fruux is not in there.
Expected Results:
fruux should be in there.
