I installed Kleopatra with gpg4win. I'm on Windows 7 home premium (x64).
What happens: Whenever I try to start Kleopatra, I get a "busy" mouse icon, and
kbuildsycoca4.exe and kleopatra.exe appear in task manager. Then,
kbuildsycoca4.exe goes away, and a few seconds later, so does kleopatra.exe. No
crash report appears.
I attempted an uninstall/reinstall, with no success.
