In KMail1 I could set POP filters to delete mail from the server before having
to download them.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use KMail2
2. Notice there's no POP filters anymore
3. <groan> lots of junk mail has to be handled by buggy akonadi and its buggy
filter agent
Expected Results:
Still provided POP filtering.
