            Bug ID: 321175
Summary: search/filter does not find messages correctly
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: kmail2
           Version: 4.10.3
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

I'm using Kmail2 against a locally running dovecot imap server which is keeping
my mail archives since 2012. kmail is running in online mode. (not
disconnected).

I let kmail sync the headers on the imap and waited around ~15 hours at normal
process priority & disabled idle detection for nepomuk to complete the
indexing. It is curious that it takes so long since mails are just headers and
these are on SSD, but anyway...

So the indexing has finished and i search for the following:
emre matthew project
I know that there's an email from Emre to Matthew and the subject line contains
project. This message is never found.
If I search only for emre then I can see that this message shows up in all the
filtered messages.

Why doesn't kmail search for these in all From: To: and Subject: fields and
match those messages?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run kmali against an IMAP server in online mode.
2. Manually find some message that you would like to search for
3. Using the search/find box on top of the message list, search for this mail
by stating the sender name, receiver name and a keyword from the subject line.
4. See that this message is not found.
Actual Results:
Message is not found but it is there.

Expected Results:
Message should have been found.
