I created a new Akonadi Resource for addresses, with a new subfolder.
In the addressview of contact, chose right mouse button on the new resource ->
Folder properties, and rename it to 'New book' or whatever, optionally change
the icon. Save.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:
The new resource is not renamed. Now you have a couple of 'My contacts' folder,
which is stupid
Expected Results:
Folder / Resource should be renamed. Even better if this can be made on
creation of the new resource
