Might be related to #320159, but I'm not sure. Summary view always shows all OX
calendars and there doesn't seem to be a way to choose which ones to show.
Changing this in korganizer doesn't make a difference.

1. Connect to OX

Actual Results:
Shows all calendars
Expected Results:
Should only the ones subscribed to in korganizer
Makes summary view unusable when there are a lot of calendars
