Please add a create new to-do list item function.
Please also include the option to attach the contents of the RSS feed being
displayed in the preview window maintaining the origional formating.
Reproducible: Always
This is useful in a number of instances such as receiving an RSS feed for
Security Advisories which may require a new to-do action.
