As described in http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/PIM/Akonadi/Firstrun, akonadi
has the functionality to create default resources on first run, which are
described in $KDEDIR/share/apps/akonadi/firstrun .
But with KDE 4.10 this doesn't work anymore, although those templates are
present.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a new user and log in
2. check that you have the files defaultaddressbook and defaultcalendar in
$KDEDIR/share/apps/akonadi/firstrun (create them if not)
3. start akonadi server
Actual Results:
There is no calendar or addressbook resource configured, although templates are
present in $KDEDIR/share/apps/akonadi/firstrun
Expected Results:
An ical and a contacts resource should get configured automatically.
