The insane usage of nepomuk by akonadi_nepomuk_feeder is causing a lot of
problems.
* The system becomes irresponsible and sluggish.
* I have to stop akonadi to view a video.
* Power abuse. Bad for the environment, the economy and general helath of users
* Noise caused by the fan running way too muh, causes stress
