The second one is OK except the context menu one gets on the header of the Folder List shows an option Sort Items of which it is unclear that this only applies to Folders in an account and not to the Accounts. Suggestion: "Sort Items in Accounts". Sorting Accounts is available in Settings->Kmail Settings->Accounts->Adjust order Accounts.
