I've been trying to switch to kmail since some time now but I'm not able to do
it because despite having very advance interface, its basic features are not
properly working. I just installed opensuse 12.2 32 bit and updated to kde
4.9.1 and configure gmail disconnected imap account. I tested several features
and configured it as per my needs but encountered very annoying bug. The status
of mails is not reflected on server. Instead of deleting emails, they're being
archived on gmail. Some mails stay unread. Please note that gmail settings seem
fine as I've been using evolution client with same settings without any
problem. I also try refreshing folders and empty trash but seems changes are
not reflected in gmail. I really wish to switch to kmail because of the
flexible features it is offering but encountering such basic issues is stopping
me from using it effectively.
