refreshing of contact view doesn't work after saving a contact
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use a cardDAV resssource as addressbook (it's creatin is not very
usability-like, but anyways, it works)
2. create a new contact or edit one in that addressbook
3. save it
Actual Results:
the new/edited contact doesn't get displayed
Expected Results:
the new/edited contact should be visible with its correct new data.
it should also be the current item in the list (to see it in detail after
creation)
the new/edited contacts show up, when you restart kontact (or kaddressbook) so
saving the contacts is working but the reloading doesn't work.
