When clicking an url for example in a kmail message, nothing happens if the
url-schema is uncommon. In my case, the url schema is "tel:" or "phone:".
KDEPIM should fall back to xdg-open or similar if there's no other url-handler
available.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. send html-mail to self, containing link to tel:12345
2. open mail in kmail
3. click link
Actual Results:
Nothing happens
Expected Results:
kopete or another application that is registered for that URL should open.
