The mail has a header
Content-Type: multipart/alternative;
 boundary="_=_swift-DELETED.14779692_=_"

which tells the mail client to either show the one (text) or the other (html)
format, and the boundary tells it where that part starts.
The text only part (Content-Type: text/plain;) contains what kmail shows by
default (as you seem to not have told it to show html per default).

So kmail is correct in what it shows when you do not tell it explicitly that
you want to see html instead.

What you mention as "kmail shows a html warning box" ... this is only done when
the mail comes in HTML _only_ (which is not the case here)
