For reasons that are unclear to me, the list of akonadi resources that I find
in "systemsettings/personal information" sometimes lists my CalDAV calendar and
CardDAV addressbook as "offline". I do not know how to switch them back to
"online". I can access the calendar without problems using
lightning/thunderbird.

As I need to rely on my calendar, this renders KDE-PIM useless to me. I am
sorry that I have to revert back to thunderbird for now.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into account
2. Open KDE Systemsettings to check akonadi status
Actual Results:  
Resource is "offline"

Expected Results:  
Resource should be "Ready"
