I am still seeing this behavior with our Kolab Server (cyrus) and kdepim-4.8.4 on Fedora 17. Whatever I change on Kontact is not synced back to the server, that means - seen flags - moved messages - deleted messages Sometimes the changes are synced back to the server, but I have not yet found a pattern.
