Kmail hides the sender email, when a sender name is available.
Problem: The sender name is nothing real and can be changed vert easily by the
sender.
possible solution 1: add a column which contains the email-address of the
sender.
possible solution 2: hide the email-address only, when an exact match is found
in the addressbook.
