The icon of my favorite folder changes to the image i chose, but after couple of minutes (the interval of automated mail check), or when I tell kmail to check for new mail, the icon just goes back to the default image. Maybe I should try install newer version of kmail, after all - version 4.8.0 looks like a bit old.
