However, this happens only for some (multi-part) mails that I have received in the first 3 months of this year. It does not happen to new mails. Additionally if I copy such a mail from the .maildir on my server to the server's inbox directory, KMail can suddenly display the body. So it seems that somehow the local cache got corrupt.
