During that, akonadi stopped action - the emails weren't moved to trash any longer, and I could not display any email. I've restarted akonadiserver via akonadiconsole, and the action resumed - emails sheduled to be deleted were moving to trash again, and I could browse other emails. Meanwhile, I got some popups about conflicts which I've resolved by taking the left (the only difference was in SEEN flag and timestamp). Then akonadi stopped responding again.
