When I type a recipient email address when composing a mail, kmail only offers
(autocompletes) addresses from the "recently used addresses" list, *not* from
my address book(s).
Observed behavior / repro steps (happens every time):
1. Start composing a mail
2. Start entering an address
3. Observe how only email addresses from "Recently used" are offered by the
autocompletion process
Expected behavior:
Addresses from "recently used" *and* addresses from all my configured address
books are offered by autocompletion
