I noticed that when I execute ntp-client to update system time, the update is
not taken into account by the KDE 4 clock until I edit the kde clock
configuration (typically font style).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change time in the KDE clock (the system time is changed and it can be check
by invoking the date command)
2. update time whith "date -s" or restarting ntp-client

Actual Results:  
the date command indicates the updated system time but the kde clock do not

Expected Results:  
the kde clock should beup to date
