When the connection to a (IMAP) server is lost and a message needs to be
retrieved, a warning is shown telling: 'Cannot fetch item in offline
mode'. If/when the server is available (again), KMail needs to reconnect
to that server.
But, in the File menu the 'Work Online' item is not available. First
'Work Offline' needs to be clicked before 'Work Online' can be clicked.
It would be expected that the 'Work Offline' item is automatically
replaced with the 'Work Online' item when the connection with the server
is lost.

Steps to Reproduce:
Somehow lose the connection to a IMAP server
Actual Results:
'Work offline' is shown in File menu
Expected Results:
'Work online' is expected in the File menu, as the connection is lost, so it is
basically working offline already.
