With akonadictl I managed to gather the real error message:
posting retrieval request for item 70024 there are 1 queues and 0 items in
mine
request for item 70024 still pending - waiting
processing retrieval request for item 70024 parts: ("RFC822", "HEAD") of
resource: "akonadi_maildir_resource_2"
continuing
request for item 70024 succeeded
akonadi_maildispatcher_agent(7117): couldn't create slave: "Unable to create
io-slave:
klauncher said: Ismeretlen protokoll - „socks”.
The SMTP server is working fine, with smtp-cli there are no errors at all!
