Aaron Williams: you are either hitting one of the bugs I fixed, or your resource is busy for a very long time with something else, which needs to be investigated (e.g. using RMB / Show task list and Show Notification Log, in the first tab of akonadiconsole). Please file a separate bug report for this issue, it doesn't seem related to "connection status change".
