On a fresh start of Kontact a KWallet Window will appear *behind* the Account
Dialog asking wether it is allowed for “IMAP Account ...” to use the open
wallet.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
* Start with a fresh home directory
* Open Kontact
* Go through the Account Assistant using an IMAP Account in my case
* At the page “Setting up Account” KWallet will ask you to initialize a new
KWallet, this one is ok
Actual Results:
After that a window will appear behind the dialog asking wether it is allowed
for “IMAP Account ...” to use the open wallet.
Expected Results:
I have expected seeing the wallet access dialog in front of the Account
Assistant.
