I deleted my GMail IMAP account from Akonadi resources, but when I launch
KMail, I still see the deleted account in the folders' list. How can I get rid
of it?
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Remove account from Akonadi resources
2) Start KMail
Actual Results:
Account's folders still exist
Expected Results:
Account's folders should be gone
