Unlike attachments, inline parts usually hav no Content-Description, but if
they do, they are listed as attachments which they probably shouldn't.

Steps to Reproduce:
View a message with "Content-Disposition: inline" and "Content-Description"
set.
Actual Results:
The text part is correctly shown inline, but at the same time it is listed as
attachment in the attachment list.
Expected Results:
The content description IMHO shouldn't have any effect, except for being
displayed in the message structure.
