When a new user starts kmail for the first time, several akonadi resources are
created. One problem is that the personal contacts resource is created twice
for the same directory.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Add new user, start kmail, create account, check resources with akonadicontrol
Actual Results:
two personal contacts resources
Expected Results:
only one resource
maybe this is related to the fact that i use a german language desktop.
