While trying to clean up after this I have noticed that the "remove duplicate messages" option from the folder menu doesn't seem to work on folders over a certain size. I have not done enough testing to determine where the cutoff point is. It is working fine on some folders with under 100 messages, but doing nothing on other folders with over 3000 messages.
