Meanwhile, i again ran into the situation after deleting a single spam mail from inbox. To be honest, i will not be able to reproduce the error because I downgraded to Kubuntu 10.04 LTS with KMail 1. Could not bear the frustration with the Akonadi-based PIM any longer. So it's ok for me to set the report to invalid or whatever.
