Steps to Reproduce:
* Open kaddressbook
* Settings->Configure kaddressbook
* LDAP Server Settings
* Add Host
* Write google.com in the Host field
* Press the query server button
Actual Results:
The UI is dead, there is no feedback of what is going on, pressing cancel does
nothing and resizing the dialog gives you empty gray space
Expected Results:
Not sure, but not what i get at the moment :D Probably a spinning wheel and the
hability to press cancel
