When I Forward->Inline an HTML message, the first line of the composer looks
like (all 1 line):
---------- Forwarded Message ---------- Subject: <SUBJECT> Date: Monday 21
November 2011, 11:14:37 PM From: [email protected] To:
[email protected]
note how there should be newlines between all those items because my standard
forward template looks like this:

---------- Forwarded Message ----------
Subject: %OFULLSUBJECT
Date: %ODATE, %OTIMELONG
From: %OFROMADDR
%OADDRESSEESADDR
%TEXT
-----------------------------------------

the forwarding info is missing newlines between each item
Expected Results:
newlines should be respected, per my template
