I miss the "Move Thread to Trash" context menu.
Now, you can only move an entire thread to trash by closing the thread and
selecting "Move to Trash". but in kmail1, I could have the thread open,
select any message in that thread and choose "Move Thread to Trash".
I used that option often and miss it.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
see the context menu on a message in a thread. look for "Move Thread to Trash"
Actual Results:
no such menu item "Move Thread to Trash"
Expected Results:
I'd like to have the menu item "Move Thread to Trash"
